Personal Journal Entry
Hi, everyone! I just finished another week, and, of course, no one talked to me. At my other job, the staff doesn’t treat me well, and some clients target me. But what they don’t realize is that the more they stress me out unnecessarily, the stronger and more athletic I become. So, I really don’t mind. In their low-vibrational thinking, they believe stress is harmful, but it’s actually partying that hurts you, not stress. The more they put me through, the more I’ll shine like a diamond. At 51 years old, I already look like a movie star—maybe even one of the X-Men! Just kidding! Seriously though, some people can be so unbelievably ignorant.
That mindset is dated; stress, or as my mother calls it, "adrenaline," doesn’t give you wrinkles or make you fat. It’s partying and not managing stress well that truly causes those issues. If stress were the culprit, then all the fitness enthusiasts who stress their bodies daily would look terrible! The same goes for the mind. When my coworkers mentally overwhelm me, they think I’m just hiding my anger, but I'm not. I'm thankful they stress me out because they’re unknowingly reducing my chances of developing Alzheimer's and brain diseases.
I was so mentally and physically exhausted yesterday, and when I sat on the couch, I couldn’t help but smile and think, “Wow, what a day!” I checked my weight and realized I lost 3 pounds—woohoo! I appreciate my coworkers! I actually enjoy not being part of the "in-crowd." When you’re outside that circle, you find that your "will to live" elevates your testosterone levels. Because they treat me poorly for being “uncool,” it mentally stresses me out, but it also keeps my mental faculties sharp—better than when I was 10, for sure! Sometimes I sit in disbelief and wonder, “Why are people this clueless?”
All I really wanted to do was play video games all day and work out to avoid health issues like heart attacks. Don’t these people understand that’s why some guys in prison get so ripped? Their survival instincts kick in! I don’t understand why they treat a no-name nerd who works out like this. They should be supporting nerds who lift weights; it’s a great combination! Instead, they treat me like an outcast, but when you’re an outcast, your drive to live can elevate your testosterone, and you end up becoming a mental and physical diamond.
I just can’t stand people sometimes. I really can’t!
