Last day on the job
I got fired on the 20th of January. It was an unceremonious "Leo we are gonna terminate you're employment". I started my job with much promise going to work everyday not missing a day despite the boss hounding me at every turn. She wrote me up for leaving the med-cart unlocked and the doors open once which is stupid because everybody does that and everybody makes mistakes its just a matter of writing up people for serious ones. She then gave me a verbal warning on some stupid stuff about I have no idea what. She just wanted to write me up cause I don't fight back. There are people that look for defenseless people and attack and I think she is one of them. At the end of the year I won an award for never missing a day of work. Awards are won by good workers unfortunately Crestwood didn't see it that way and soon after winnning the award I was fired from my job for supposedly prompting a client to hard to do his chores which is crap. They just wanted to get rid of someone and that turned out to be me.
